"Secretary's Report - Fall 2004" --  By Ms. Ashley Ford and Ms. Sarah Ausec

This semester has gone by so quickly. The PSMAG has seen a tremendous growth in students, as well as a fantastic testing this past weekend. We, Sarah Ausec and Ashley Ford, are your secretaries for the 2004-2005 school year. We are responsible for phone lists, testing, clinic, and tournament paperwork, as well as all those new liability, health, and insurance forms you were swamped with earlier in the semester. We also attend Officer Meetings and take down the minutes for the club. Being the secretary for the Penn State Martial Arts Group is a wonderful way to contribute to our studio, and to the World Tang Soo Do Association. Please consider joining the team of officers for the next school year! It’s a wonderful experience and an opportunity to get more involved! If you have any questions about the responsibilities for any of the officer positions, please feel free to talk to our current officers. Be on the lookout next semester for a new, updated phone list, and keep in mind the Officer Elections for the 2005-2006 school year. We are looking forward to another great semester next year and hope to see you all there!
